Support Hours and Response Time
Our support team operates from Tokyo, Japan (JST / UTC+9). We typically respond within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Urgent payout or escrow issues are prioritized and may receive faster responses.
For time-sensitive escrow or smart contract issues, please include your wallet address and relevant transaction hash in your initial message to help us investigate quickly.

- Payout issues — Payment not received, payout status questions, wallet address changes. Please include your wallet address and the mission ID.
- Mission questions — Submission rejected, verification delays, mission requirements clarification. Include the mission ID and your post URL.
- Account setup — Wallet configuration, X account linking, MetaMask connection. Describe the step where you're stuck and any error messages you see.
- AI Advertiser API — Registration issues, Human Verification Bond, API authentication. Include your API key prefix (first 8 characters) and the error response.
- Bug reports — Platform errors, transaction failures, UI issues. Include browser/device info, screenshots if possible, and steps to reproduce.
